护理干预对骨折后下肢静脉血栓形成的预防效果分析

Preventive Effect of Nursing Intervention on Lower Limb Venous Thrombosis after Fracture

目的探究护理干预对骨折后下肢静脉血栓形成的预防效果。方法选择于2016年5月—2017年5月进入该院骨科治疗的102例骨折患者为研究主体对象,利用双盲法将所有患者划分为对照组及观察组,每组51例;对照组患者实行常规护理,观察组患者实行护理干预,对比2组患者的护理满意度及下肢静脉血栓发生率。结果经护理,对照组护理满意度为78.43%与观察组96.08%相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理,对照组下肢静脉血栓发生率为15.69%与观察组1.96%相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨折后实行护理干预的效果显著,能明显提高护理满意度大大降低下肢静脉血栓发生率,值得在临床护理中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of nursing intervention on venous thrombosis of lower limbs after fracture. Methods 102 patients with fracture who were admitted to orthopedics department of our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method, with 51 cases in each group. Incidence of limb vein thrombosis. Results After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 78.43% compared with 96.08% of the observation group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the incidence rate of lower extremity venous thrombosis was 15.69% in the control group and 1.96% in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention after fracture is remarkable. It can obviously improve the satisfaction of nursing and greatly reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis of lower extremity. It is worth using and popularizing in clinical nursing.
