氨磺必利在精神分裂症阴性症状合并下肢深静脉栓塞患者中的临床效果及安全性

Clinical Effect and Safety of Amsulfurapride in Patients with Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia and Deep Vein Embolism of Lower Extremity

目的探讨氨磺必利在精神分裂症阴性症状合并下肢深静脉栓塞患者中的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2016年5月—2018年3月治疗的精神分裂症阴性症状合并下肢深静脉栓塞患者64例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=32)。对照组采用奥氮平片治疗,观察组采用氨磺必利,两组连续治疗8周,比较两组临床效果及安全性。结果观察组治疗后8周PANSS评分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后8周WCST评分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后8周恶心呕吐、腹泻、肝肾功能异常、血压波动及皮疹发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将氨磺必利用于精神分裂症阴性症状合并下肢深静脉栓塞患者中能改善患者症状,药物安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of amsulfuropride in patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia and deep vein embolism of lower extremity. Methods Sixty-four patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia associated with deep vein embolism of lower extremity were selected from May 2016 to March 2018. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group(n=32) and observation group(n = 32). The control group was treated with olanzapine tablet, the observation group was treated with amsulfuropride for 8 weeks, and the clinical effect and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The PANSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 8 weeks after treatment,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). The WCST score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 8 weeks after treatment,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, abnormal liver and kidney function, blood pressure fluctuation and the incidence of rash at 8 weeks after treatment(P> 0. 05). Conclusion Amsulfurpiride can improve the symptoms of patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia and deep vein embolism of lower extremity, and the drug is safe and worth popularizing.
