低分子肝素钙联合阿司匹林治疗产后下肢深静脉软血栓形成的临床探究

Clinical Study of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Postpartum Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

目的探究低分子肝素钙联合阿司匹林治疗产后下肢深静脉软血栓形成的临床效果。方法选择于2016年9月—2017年9月进入该院产科分娩的118例产妇为研究对象,利用双盲法将所有患者划分为对照组及观察组,各组59例;对照组患者实行常规治疗,观察组患者实行低分子肝素钙及阿司匹林联合治疗,对比2组患者的治疗有效率及血液流变学指标。结果经治疗,对照组治疗有效率为79.66%与观察组96.61%相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗,对照组治疗前后全血高切黏度及血浆黏度各项指标与观察组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后下肢静脉软血栓实行低分子肝素钙及阿司匹林联合治疗的效果良好,不止能提高治疗有效率,更能改善临床症状,值得在临床治疗领域中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with aspirin in the treatment of postpartum deep venous soft thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods 118 parturients who entered our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were divided into control group and observation group with 59 cases in each group by double-blind method. The patients in control group were given routine treatment, while those in observation group were given low molecular weight heparin calcium and aspirin combined treatment, and the two groups were compared. The effective rate of treatment and hemorrheology index.Results After treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 79.66% compared with 96.61% of the observation group, and the data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the indexes of blood high shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the control group before and after treatment were significantly different from those of the observation group, and the data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined therapy of low molecular weight heparin calcium and aspirin for postpartum venous soft thrombosis of lower extremities is effective, which can not only improve the treatment efficiency, but also improve the clinical symptoms. It is worth using and promoting in the field of clinical treatment.
