温阳通络法治疗恶性肿瘤患者下肢深静脉血栓104例临床研究

Clinical Study on 104 Cases of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis Treated by Wenyang Tongluo Method

目的探讨温阳通络法治疗恶性肿瘤患者下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法选取于2009年6月—2018年6月在该院接受治疗的恶性肿瘤并发下肢深静脉血栓患者,依治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组,对照组行常规西医治疗,研究组行温阳通络法治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果研究组下肢深静脉血栓症状缓解时间为(11.3±2.1)d,明显短于对照组的(15.2±2.3)d,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后全身症状较对照组明显缓解。结论温阳通络法治疗恶性肿瘤患者下肝深静脉血栓的临床疗效较佳,可有效改善患者下肢深静脉血栓与全身症状,值得在临床当中推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of warm-yang tongluo on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with malignant tumors.Methods Patients with malignant tumor complicated with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, who were treated in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2018, were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment and the study group received warm-yang tongluo treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The remission time of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis was(11.3±2.1)d, significantly shorter than that of the control group(15.2±2.3)d, and between the groups,the differents was statistically significant(P<0.05).Systemic symptoms were significantly relieved in the study group compared with those in the control group. Conclusion The method of warm-yang tongluo has a good clinical effect in the treatment of lower hepatic deep vein thrombosis in patients with malignant tumors, which can effectively improve the lower limb deep vein thrombosis and systemic symptoms,and is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
