血府逐瘀汤加减联合双柏散外敷治疗下肢骨折后肿胀的疗效观察

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Plus External Application of Shuangbai Powder on Swelling after Fracture of Lower Limb

目的探究血府逐瘀汤加减联合双柏散外敷治疗下肢骨折后肿胀的疗效。方法选取该院在2018年1—9月收治的80例下肢骨折后肿胀患者作为研究对象,按照临床研究的前瞻性原则,采用双盲随机法,将之均分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,常规下肢骨折处理后,对照组给予血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,观察组给予血府逐瘀汤加减联合双柏散外敷治疗,对比两组肿胀改善情况。结果治疗3 d及治疗7 d,观察组下肢肿胀中心周径差值均小于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的78.50%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤加减联合双柏散外敷可有效缓解下肢骨折后肿胀,改善预后,值得采纳应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Shuangbai powder on swelling of lower limb fracture. Methods Eighty patients with post-fracture swelling of lower extremity were selected from January to September 2018. According to the prospective principle of clinical research, they were divided into control group and observation group equally by double-blind random method. Each group had 40 cases. After routine treatment of lower extremity fracture, the control group was given Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction plus or minus treatment. The observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Shuangbai Powder, and the swelling improvement of the two groups was compared. Results After 3 days of treatment and 7 days of treatment, the center circumference difference of lower limb swelling in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group and 78.50%in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Shuangbai powder can effectively relieve the swelling of lower limb fracture and improve the prognosis, which is worthy of application.
