温针灸结合八段锦训练对腰肌劳损的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Warm Needling Combined with Baduanjin Training on Lumbar Muscle Strain

目的:对温针灸结合八段锦训练对腰肌劳损的疗效进行分析探讨。方法以2016年1月—2018年1月在该院接受治疗的70例腰肌劳损患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组35例患者行常规治疗,观察组35例患者行常规治疗联合温针灸及八段锦治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后JOA、VAS评分均得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后ODI评分均得到明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰肌劳损采用温针灸联合八段锦治疗,可有效缓解患者疼痛,提高治疗效果,改善患者预后,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of warm needling combined with eight segment training on lumbar muscle strain. Methods 70 patients with lumbar muscle strain who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January2018 were randomly divided into two groups. 35 patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment, while35 patients in the observation group were treated with routine treatment combined with warming needle moxibustion and Baduanjin. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The JOA and VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). ODI scores of both groups were significantly decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Warm needling and moxibustion combined with Baduanjin can effectively alleviate pain, improve treatment effect and improve prognosis of patients with lumbar muscle strain. It has high clinical value.
