七味愈足汤辅助治疗老年糖尿病足患者临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Qiwei Yuzu Decoction in Treating Elderly Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的观察七味愈足汤辅助治疗老年糖尿病足患者临床效果。方法选2015年5月—2018年5月该院收治的120例老年糖尿病足者临床资料,随机分两组,对照组60例西药基础治疗,研究组60例七味愈足汤辅助治疗,比较两组临床症状积分及神经传导速度情况。结果研究组MCV(51.32±5.36)m/s、SCV(43.87±4.65)m/s比对照组快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组临床症状积分比对照组高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七味愈足汤辅助治疗老年糖尿病足患者可提高其治疗效果,增加患者临床症状评分,提高神经传导速度,在临床治疗上具有一定应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qiwei Yuzu Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with dia betic foot. Methods The clinical data of 120 elderly diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. 60 patients in the control group received basic treatment with western medicine,and 60 patients in the study group received adjuvant therapy with Qiweizhizu decoction. Clinical symptom scores and nerve conduction velocity in the two groups. Results MCV(51.32±5.36) m/s and SCV(43.87±4.65) m/s were faster in the study group than in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the clinical symptom scores of the study group were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Qiwei Yuzu Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of elderly diabetic foot patients, increase the clinical symptom score and improve the nerve conduction velocity, and has certain application value in clinical treatment.
