MRI、X线检查在膝关节退行性骨关节病中的临床应用价值对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Clinical Application Value of MRI and X-ray Examination in Degenerative Osteoarthropathy of Knee Joint

目的对比分析MRI、X线检查在膝关节退行性骨关节病中的临床应用价值。方法随机选取该院2016年1月—2017年12月间收治的膝关节退行性骨关节病患者共186例,给予观察组进行MRI检查,给予对照组进行X线检查,对比分析MRI、X线检查在膝关节退行性骨关节病中的应用效果。结果 MRI检查与X线检查均能检出膝关节退行性骨关节病骨质增生及关节间隙狭窄情况,且MRI检查方法对于半月板变性、软组织肿胀以及滑膜增厚等情况的检出率高于X线检查方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中X线检查是对膝关节退行性骨关节病必不可少的检查手段之一,但是MRI检查诊断准确率高、范围广,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical value of MRI and X-ray examination in knee degenerative osteoarthritis. Methods 186 patients with knee degenerative osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly selected. The observation group was given MRI examination, and the control group was given X-ray examination. The application effects of MRI and X-ray examination in knee degenerative osteoarthritis were compared and analyzed. Results Both MRI and X-ray examination could detect the osteoporosis and joint space stenosis of knee joint degenerative osteoarthritis. The detection rate of meniscus degeneration, soft tissue swelling and synovial membrane thickening by MRI was higher than that by X-ray examination(P<0.05). Conclusion X-ray examination is one of the indispensable examinations for degenerative osteoarthritis of knee joint in clinic, but MRI examination has high diagnostic accuracy and wide range, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
