骨水泥人工髋关节置换治疗老年股骨转子间粉碎性骨折重点探寻

Bone Cement Artificial Hip Arthroplasty for the Treatment of Comminuted Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures in the Elderly is the Key to Explore as a Patriotic

目的该文通过专业的治疗对比研究,对骨水泥人工髋关节置换治疗老年股骨转子间粉碎性骨折的方法,进行全面而系统的分析探究。方法该次研究选择了于2016年1月—2018年7月期间,到该院入院治疗的88例老年股骨转子间粉碎性骨折的老年患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组。对两组患者进行常规麻醉与手术治疗。其中,对于观察组患者,应用骨水泥进行髋关节置换。对于对照组患者,应用普通水泥进行髋关节置换,其他手术步骤及内容与观察组患者相同。结果对照组的总有效率为86.36%,明显低于观察组88.63%的总有效率。对照组的满意为76.13%,明显低于观察组的82.95%,且此数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用骨水泥对髋关节进行置换的方法,比利用普通水泥进行髋关节置换的方法,有着更好的治疗效果,可以显著提升治疗效率,促进术后恢复,减轻病人痛苦,值得推广。

Objective To study the treatment of intertrochanteric comminuted fracture with cement artificial hip arthroplasty.Methods From January 2016 to July 2018,88 elderly patients with comminuted intertrochanteric fracture of femur were selected and divided into observation group and control group.Two groups of patients were treated with routine anesthesia and surgery.Among them,for the observation group,bone cement was used for hip replacement.For the patients in the control group,the hip joint was implanted with ordinary cement.In addition,other procedures and contents were the same as those in the observation group.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 86.36%,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group(88.63%).The satisfactionrate in the control group was 76.13%,which was significantly lower than that in the observation group(82.95%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of using bone cement to replace hip joint has better therapeutic effect than that of ordinary cement,and can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and promote postoperative recovery.It is worth popularizing to alleviate the pain of patients.
