玻璃酸钠联合曲安奈德治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的分析在膝关节骨性关节炎患者治疗中联合应用玻璃酸钠和曲安奈德的治疗效果。方法选取该院2017年1月—2018年4月收治的86例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为对象,分为两组,每组43例。对照组患者单独应用玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合应用曲安奈德治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率是97.68%,较对照组的90.70%具有显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后Lequesne症状积分为(9.42±2.01)分,对照组为(11.79±3.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节骨性关节炎患者治疗中联合应用玻璃酸钠和曲安奈德科取得满意效果,能够有效改善患者不良症状,该联合治疗方案值得应用并推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined use of sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 86 Patients withe knee osteoarthritis adwitted to oour hospital from january2017 to April 2017 were divideol into two groups,43 casesin each roup,The patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate alone and the patients in the observation group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.68%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.70%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). The score of Lequesne symptom was(9.42±2.01) in the observation group and(11.79 ±3.26) in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In knee joint The combination of sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of osteoarthritis can effectively improve the adverse symptoms of the patients.
