康复护理在膝关节患者中的应用分析

Application of Rehabilitation Nursing in Knee Joint Patients

目的分析人工膝关节置换术后康复护理的效果,为今后的临床护理提供参考。方法选择该院2013年4月—2016年2月间行人工膝关节置换术治疗的64例患者作为研究对象,分析术后康复护理的应用情况,对患者膝关节功能恢复的影响。结果观察组有效38例,总有效率达100.00%,对照组有效22例,总有效率84.62%,观察组总满意度为97.37%,对照组总满意度为73.08%,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工膝关节置换术后,实施康复护理,能效提高患者的康复水平,提升患者的满意度,确保患者早日恢复行动能力,提高了患者的生存质量,建议推广使用。

Objective Analysis of the effect of rehabilitation nursing after total knee arthroplasty, and provide reference for future clinical nursing. Methods Sixty-four patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from April2015 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects.To analyze the application of rehabilitation nursing after operation and its effect on the recovery of knee joint function. Results The total effective rate was 100.00% in the observation group and 84.62% in the control group.The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.37%, and that of the control group was 73.08%. There was a significant difference between the two groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing after total knee arthroplasty can effectively improve patients’ rehabilitation level, improve patients’ satisfaction, ensure patients’ early recovery of mobility, and improve patients’ quality of life. It is recommended to promote the use of rehabilitation nursing.
