康复训练及针灸对偏瘫早期患者下肢运动功能恢复的作用

Effect of Rehabilitation Training and Acupuncture on Recovery of Lower Limb Motor Function in Patients with Early Hemiplegia

目的分析康复训练及针灸对偏瘫早期患者下肢运动功能恢复的作用。方法选择2016年10月—2017年11月来该院就诊的80例偏瘫早期患者为研究对象,依照就诊顺序,分成2组,每组40例。对照组开展常规性治疗,观察组接受康复训练及针灸治疗。分析两组患者的下肢运动功能恢复情况及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的下肢运动功能恢复情况要优于对照组,其生活质量评分较高,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于接受偏瘫早期治疗的患者,开展康复训练及针灸治疗方案,能够有效提升患者的治疗效果,有助于病患下肢运动功能的恢复,改善生存质量,促进患者疾病转归,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation training and acupuncture on the recovery of lower limb motor function in early hemiplegia patients. Methods From October 2016 to November 2017,80 patients with early hemiplegia who came to our hospital for treatment were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment,40 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received rehabilitation training and acupuncture treatment. The recovery of lower limb motor function and the quality of life score of the two groups were analyzed. Results The recovery of lower limb motor function in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The quality of life score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients receiving early treatment of hemiplegia, rehabilitation training and acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients,help patients recover lower limb motor function, improve the quality of life,and promote patients’ disease outcomes,which is worthy of further promotion and use.
