糖尿病足患者98例临床特点分析

Clinical Characteristics of 98 Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的总结糖尿病足患者的临床特点并分析综合治疗方法的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析了2013年3月—2018年5月该院住院治疗的98例糖尿病足患者临床资料。结果 98例糖尿病足患者经过内科综合治疗后,显效50例,有效39例,无效9例,总有效率为90.82%。结论以药物治疗为主的内科综合治疗方法对糖尿病足具有较好的临床治疗效果。最为重要的是早期预防,积极治疗,才能提高治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of diabetic foot patients and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.treatment.Results 98 cases of diabetic foot patients after comprehensive medical treatment,50 cases were markedly effective,39 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.82%.Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of internal medicine has a good clinical effect on diabetic foot.The important thing is early prevention and active treatment,in order to improve the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
