分析手术坚强固定后踝骨折块影响踝关节骨折后关节功能恢复的效果

Analysis of the Effect of Ankle Fracture after Rigid Fixation on the Recovery of Joint Function after Ankle Fracture

目的分析对于踝关节骨折患采取固定后踝骨折块对于促进患者踝关节功能恢复的临床效果。方法以2014年1月—2016年12月为研究时段,观察组患者采取后踝骨折块固定治疗,而对照组患者并未实施后踝骨折块固定治疗。结果观察组患者术后踝关节功能恢复优良率是87.50%,较对照组的62.50%具有显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后的平均骨折愈合时间为(10.21±3.06)周,较对照组的(12.62±4.26)周显著更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于踝关节骨折患者采取后踝骨折块固定治疗,有助于促进患者术后踝关节功能恢复,同时可缩短骨折愈合时间,该治疗方式值得在踝关节骨折患者中应用推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fixation for ankle fracture to promote the recovery of ankle function.Methods Study period from January 2014 to December 2016,The patients in the observation group were treated with posterior malleolus fixation,but the control group were not treated with the posterior malleolus fixation.Results The excellent and good rate of ankle function recovery in the observation group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(62.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average time of fracture healing in the observation group was(10.21±3.06)weeks,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(12.62±4.26)weeks),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of posterior malleolus fracture is helpful to promote the recovery of ankle function and shorten the time of fracture healing.It is worthy to be popularized in patients with ankle fracture.
