16层螺旋CT血管成像检查在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症中的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of 16-slice CT Angiography in Arteriosclerosis Obliterans of Lower Extremities

目的探讨16层螺旋CT血管成像检查在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症中的诊断价值。方法选择2016年12月—2017年12月该院收治的疑似下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者30例,给予16层螺旋CT下肢血管成像检查,图像处理后分析评价,与数字减影血管造影检查、手术检查对比。结果 30例患者血管重建图像显示良好。患者分型:广泛型、小腿动脉型、股腘动脉型、髂动脉型、腹主动脉型分别7例、4例、13例、2例、3例,1例患者未出现异常。5例同期数字减影血管造影检查,1例16层CT中未能清楚显示病变段,手术治疗9例患者术中检查与16层CT检查结果相一致。结论 16层螺旋CT血管成像检查能够实现对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症病变情况的准确清楚显示,临床应用价值高,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 16-slice CT angiography in arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity.Methods Thirty patients with suspected arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities admitted from May 2017 to May 2018 were examined by 16-layer CT angiography,analyzed and evaluated after image processing,compared with digital subtraction angiography and surgical examination.Results The images of 30 patients with vascular reconstruction showed well.Patients were classified as extensive type,leg artery type,femoral and popliteal artery type,iliac artery type and abdominal aortic type in 7 cases,4 cases,13 cases,2 cases,3 cases respectively.5 Digital subtraction angiography(DSA)was performed in 1 case with 16-slice CT.The results of intraoperative examination in 9 cases of surgical treatment were consistent with that of 16-layer CT.Conclusion 16-slice CT angiography can accurately and clearly display the pathological changes of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity,and it is worth popularizing because of its high clinical value.
