经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折伴随足部麻木11例的护理探讨

Nursing Care of 11 Cases of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture Associated with Foot Numbness Treated by Percutaneous Vertebroplasty

目的探究经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗,骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折足部麻木患者的护理要点。方法该院2016年1月—2018年5月收治的选择11例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折足部麻木患者作为研究对象,患者均在确诊后于我院接受经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗,手术同时对患者实施相应护理,并总结护理实施的效果和注意事项。结果本组患者平均出院时间为(6.57±0.32)d。结论骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折足部麻木患者接受经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗时,同时配合以有效的护理可促进患者恢复,因此值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the nursing points of patients with foot numbness of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture treated by percutaneous vertebroplasty.Methods From 2016 to 2018,eleven patients with foot numbness of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture were selected as study objects.All the patients were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty after diagnosis,and the patients were given corresponding nursing care at the same time.The effect of nursing practice and the matters needing attention were summarized.Results The average discharge time was(6.57±0.32)days.Conclusion the patients with foot numbness caused by osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture are treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty and effective nursing care.It can promote the recovery of patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
