手足口病患儿应用热毒宁联合干扰素治疗的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Treating Children with Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease with Retinin Combined with Interferon

目的探讨手足口病患儿应用热毒宁联合干扰素治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法研究时间段是在2015年2月—2016年7月,选择随机号码表法在该院收治的手足口病患儿中纳入60例为对象,采用单盲法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例。采用常规药物和干扰素治疗对照组患儿,再结合热毒宁治疗观察组患者,比较两组患儿的围治疗指标数值和治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患儿的疱疹消失和口腔溃疡消失、体温恢复以及住院时间均比对照组短,治疗总有效率96.67%比对照组80.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率6.67%与对照组10.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手足口病患儿临床治疗时,采用热毒宁联合干扰素治疗的临床效果显著,不仅能够在短时间内改善患儿的临床症状,且用药安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Reduning combined with interferon in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in children.Methods From February 2015-July 2016,60 children with hand,foot and mouth disease were enrolled in our hospital by random number table method.They were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases each by single blind method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs and interferon,and patients in the observation group were treated with Reduning.The peri-treatment index,total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%and 10.00%compared with that in the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Reduning combined with interferon can improve the clinical symptoms of children with hand,foot and mouth disease in a short time,and has high safety.
