护理干预预防子宫次全切除术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果评价

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis in Lower Extremity after Subtotal Hysterectomy

目的探讨护理干预对预防子宫次全切除术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的实际价值。方法以2015年11月—2018年10月为研究时段对照组子宫次全切除术患者术后予以下肢深静脉血栓形成相关常规护理服务,研究组子宫次全切除术患者术后行下肢深静脉血栓形成相关常规护理服务基础上加用护理干预措施。结果研究组术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率(0.00%)显著低于对照组(10.67%),数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组子宫次全切除术患者护理满意度调查表(自拟)评分结果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上加用护理干预措施可显著降低子宫次全切除术患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成概率,有利于提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the practical value of nursing intervention in prevention of deep venous thrombosis after subtotal hysterectomy.Methods From Noveember 2015 to October 2018,the patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care related to deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after subtotal hysterectomy.In the study group,the patients undergoing subtotal hysterectomy received routine nursing services related to deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after operation,which were supplemented with nursing intervention.Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the study group(0.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fruit was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis after subtotal hysterectomy and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
