穴位按摩加舒经膏敷贴治疗痛经的疗效观察及护理

Therapeutic Effect Observation and Nursing of Acupoint Massage Plus Shujing Plaster for Dysmenorrheal

目的:探讨穴位按摩加舒经膏敷贴治疗痛经的疗效与护理。方法选取178例于2017年2月—2018年2月来该院妇科就诊的原发性痛经患者,依治疗方法不同将其分为对照级和研究组,分别给予常规西药治疗和护理以及穴位按摩加舒经膏敷贴治疗与针对性护理,对比两组患者治疗前后的痛经变化情况与治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗后VAS评分与每次痛经持续时间明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率为94.38%,明显高于对照组的59.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩加舒经膏敷贴治疗痛经的疗效较佳,辅以相应护理可有效预防痛经复发。

Objective To explore the curative effect and nursing care of acupoint massage plus shujing plaster for dysmenorrhea.Methods Select 178 cases from February 2017 to February 2017 of primary dysmenorrhea patients to our hospital department of gynaecology,depending on different treatments will be divided into the control level and research group,were given conventional western medicine therapy and nursing and point massage plus comfortable by paste sticking therapy and targeted nursing,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of dysmenorrhea changes and therapeutic effect.Results The VAS score of patients in the study group after treatment and the duration of each dysmenorrhea were significantly lower than that before treatment and after treatment in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.38%,significantly higher than 59.55%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of acupoint massage plus shujing plaster on dysmenorrhea is better,and the corresponding nursing can effectively prevent the recurrence of dysmenorrhea.
