针灸按摩配合中药汤剂联合治疗中风后遗症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture and Massage Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction in Treating Stroke Sequela

目的研究联合应用针灸按摩和中药汤剂对中风后遗症的治疗效果。方法将2016年8月—2017年9月在该院接受治疗的120中风后遗症患者按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,对照组(60例)采用化瘀涤痰汤进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用针灸按摩治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组总体治疗有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组(80.0%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组ADL评分明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸按摩联合中药汤剂对中风后遗症的治疗效果比较显著,能够促进患者生活自理能力的恢复,应该在临床中进行推广。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on apoplexy sequelae.Methods From August 2016 to Septmber 2017 120 stroke sequelae patients who received treatment in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method.The control group(60 cases)was treated with Huayu Ditan Decoction.The study group was treated with acupuncture and massage on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.7%,significantly higher than that in the control group(80%),and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The ADL score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups had statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on apoplexy sequelae,can promote the recovery of patients’self-care ability,and should be popularized in clinical practice.
