临床护理路径应用于下肢静脉曲张患者护理管理中的价值评价

Value Evaluation of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Nursing Management of Patients with Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities

目的探讨临床护理路径应用于下肢静脉曲张患者护理效果。方法选该院2017年10月—2018年10月收治的下肢静脉曲张患者1 273例,随机分为两组,对照组常规护理,研究组临床护理路径。结果研究组的临床恢复情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组临床护理的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对进行下肢静脉曲张治疗的患者中实施临床护理路径可以极大地促进患者的临床康复,患者满意度高。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018,a total of 1273 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremity were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the clinical nursing pathway of the study group.Results The clinical recovery of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinical nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing pathways in patients undergoing varicose veins of the lower extremities can greatly promote the clinical rehabilitation of patients and have high patient satisfaction.
