针刺配合中药外敷治疗产后急性乳腺炎及护理

Acupuncture Combined with External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Postpartum Acute Mastitis and Nursing

目的探讨针刺配合中药外敷治疗产后急性乳腺炎的效果及其护理方法。方法选取78例于2017年6月至2018年6月在该院接受治疗的产后急性乳腺炎患者为研究对象,对其行针刺配合中药外敷治疗,同时给予相应护理,观察患者治疗效果。结果患者治疗总有效率为87.18%;治疗后乳房胀痛、乳汁分泌及乳房肿块等临床症状与体征评分较治疗前均明显改善,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取针刺配合中药外敷治疗产后急性乳腺炎具确切疗效,可有效改善患者乳房胀痛、泌乳不畅及乳房肿块等症状,可于临床当中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on postpartum acute mastitis and its nursing methods.Methods A total of 78 patients with postpartum acute mastitis who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were treated with acupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine,and corresponding nursing was given to observe the therapeutic effect of the patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 87.18%.The clinical symptoms and physical signs of breast tenderness,milk secretion and breast mass were significantly improved after treatment,and there were significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of acupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of postpartum acute mastitis has a definite curative effect,which can effectively improve the symptoms of breast pain,poor lactation and breast lumps,and can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
