综合性护理干预对糖尿病足临床护理效果观察

Observation on Clinical Nursing Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Foot

目的观察综合性护理干预对糖尿病足临床护理效果。方法选取2015年3月—2016年3月该院治疗的糖尿病足患者90例,随机分两组,对照组45例基础护理,研究组45例给予综合性护理,对比两组心理状况及自我护理能力。结果研究组SDS(31.43±11.28)分、SAS(32.56±10.14)分及自我护理能力均比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理对糖尿病足临床护理干预,可有效改善患者不良情绪,提高自我护理能力,在临床应用上具一定应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical nursing of diabetic foot.Methods Ninety patients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received 45 basic nursing care,and the research group received comprehensive nursing care in 45 cases.The psychological status and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results The SDS(31.43±11.28)points,SAS(32.56±10.14)points and self-care ability of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for diabetic foot can effectively improve patients’bad mood and improve self-care ability,and has certain application value in clinical application.
