女性下肢骨折患者围手术期尿路感染的预防及护理观察

Prevention and Nursing Observation of Perioperative Urinary Tract Infection in Female Patients with Lower Limb Fracture

目的探究女性下肢骨折患者围手术期尿路感染的预防及护理的临床应用效果。方法以2017年6月—2018年9月为研究时间段,将该时间段在该院进行手术治疗的女性下肢骨折患者80例作为研究对象,根据临床前瞻性研究原则,采用掷币随机法,将之分为两组,各40例,对照组给予常规围术期护理,观察组在此基础上加强尿路感染的预防及护理,对比两组尿路感染发生情况及护理指标。结果观察组的尿路感染发生率低于对照组,留置导尿时间、住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性下肢骨折患者围手术期,加强尿路感染的预防及护理,可有效降低尿路感染发生率,缩短住院时间,提升护理满意度,值得采纳应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of prevention and nursing of urinary tract infection in female patients with lower limb fracture during perioperative period.Methods From June 2017 to September 2018,80 female patients with lower extremity fractures who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the clinical prospective study principle,they were randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 cases in the control group and routine perioperative nursing in the observation group.On the basis of strengthening the prevention and nursing of urinary tract infection,the incidence of urinary tract infection and nursing indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of urinary tract infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The indwelling catheterization time and hospitalization time were shorter than that in the control group.Conclusion Strengthening the prevention and nursing of urinary tract infection can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the satisfaction of nursing in female patients with lower limb fracture during the perioperative period.
