踝关节骨折X线与MRI在下胫腓联合损伤诊断中的应用价值探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究踝关节骨折X线与MRI在下胫腓联合损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法以2017年1—12月为研究时间段,将该时间段在该院治疗的踝关节骨折患者60例作为研究对象,采集其临床资料,进行回顾性分析,记录两组X线与MRI检查结果。结果根据MRI诊断结果,将X线检查与Denis-Weber分型结合,下胫腓联合损伤的特异性及敏感性分别为100.00%、47.73%,将X线检查与Lauge-Hansen分型结合,下胫腓联合损伤的特异性及敏感性分别为88.24%、90.70%;IOL、ATIFL、FTIFL、TRL等参数与下胫腓联合损伤无物明显相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将X线检查与Lauge-Hansen分型结合,可判定是否存在下胫腓联合损伤,再通过MRI确定损伤程度。 Objective To explore the value of X-ray and MRI in the diagnosis of ankle fracture in the lower tibiofibular syndesmosis injury.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,60 patients with ankle fracture treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Their clinical data were collected and analyzed retrospectively.The results of X-ray and MRI were recorded.Results The specificity and sensitivity of X-ray combined with Denis-Weber classification were 100.00%and 47.73%respectively.The specificity and sensitivity of X-ray combined with Lauge-Hansen classification were 88.24%and 90.70%respectively.There was no significant correlation between IOL,ATIFL,FTIFL and TRL parameters and lower tibiofibular syndesmosis injury,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Combining X-ray examination with Lauge-Hansen classification can determine whether there is injury of the lower tibiofibular syndesmosis,and then determine the degree of injury by MRI.
