髋关节手术后护理干预对下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响分析

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity after Hip Joint Operation

目的探析在髋关节手术患者中采取术后综合护理干预对下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响作用。方法对该医院从2017年7月—2018年7月期间收入的54例髋关节手术患者采取随机法数字表法的形式实施分组,参照组(n=27)开展常规护理,实验组(n=27)开展术后综合护理干预,关注两组患者下床活动用时、住院天数、临床护理满意度、下肢深静脉血栓发生率、下肢肿胀发生率、肺栓塞发生率。结果实验组髋关节手术患者下床活动用时、住院天数短于参照组相关数据,临床护理满意度高于参照组相关数据,下肢深静脉血栓发生率、下肢肿胀发生率、肺栓塞发生率低于参照组相关数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将术后综合护理干预使用在髋关节手术患者中可减少下肢深静脉血栓发生率,提升满意度,促使尽早恢复患者健康。

Objective To explore the effect of postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients undergoing hip joint operation.Methods From July 2017 to July 2018,54 patients undergoing hip surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups:random digital table method,and routine nursing care in the reference group(n=27).The experimental group(n=27)carried out comprehensive nursing intervention after operation and paid attention to the duration of stay in hospital clinical nursing satisfaction rate of deep vein thrombosis lower extremity swelling of lower extremity and pulmonary embolism.Results The experimental group had hip joint operation.The duration of hospitalization was shorter than that of the reference group,and the clinical nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the reference group.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis,lower extremity swelling and pulmonary embolism were lower than those of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the index between groups.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity and improve the satisfaction degree,and promote the recovery of patients’health as soon as possible.
