探讨股骨干骨折合并膝关节损伤临床效果

To Investigate the Clinical Effect of Femoral Shaft Fracture with Knee Joint Injury

目的对手术治疗股骨干骨折合并膝关节损伤的临床效果展开深入的分析。方法选取2017年6月—2018年9月于该院接收的股骨干骨折合并膝关节损伤患者82例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,对照组采用前外侧入路手术治疗,研究组采用后外侧入路手术治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果研究组治疗有效率为78.05%,显著高于对照组56.10%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.473,P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者HSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在股骨干骨折合并膝关节损伤治疗过程中,采用后外侧入路手术治疗的效果显著高于前外侧入路治疗的效果,能能够有效地改善患者膝关节功能,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective The clinical effect of surgical treatment of femoral shaft fracture with knee joint injury was analyzed.Methods 82 patients with femoral shaft fractures and knee joint injuries received from our hospital from June 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled in the hospital.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table.The control group was treated with anterior lateral approach.The treatment of the posterior lateral approach was used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The effective rate in the study group was 78.05%,significantly higher than 56.10%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.473,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and the study group was significantly superior to the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of femoral shaft fracture combined with knee joint injury,the effect of posterior lateral approach is significantly higher than that of anterior lateral approach,which can effectively improve the patients’knee joint function and has certain clinical application value.
