观察瑞舒伐他汀治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化患者的疗效

To Observe the Efficacy of Rosuvastatin in the Treatment of Diabetic Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化患者的临床效果。方法选择随机号码表法在该院2017年1月—2018年6月收治的糖尿病下肢动脉硬化患者中纳入80例为对象,采用单盲法将80例患者分为对照组和观察组各40例。采用常规方法治疗对照组患者,而观察组患者再结合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,比较两组患者的FPG和2h PBG、TG与TC以及LDL-C、HDL-C水平,以及足背动脉和胫前动脉、胫后动脉直径。结果观察组患者的FPG和2h PBG水平比对照组低,TG和TC以及LDL-C水平比对照组低,HDL-C水平低对照组高,足背动脉和胫前动脉、胫后动脉的直径比对照组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病下肢动脉硬化患者采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗的效果明显,可显著降低患者的血糖和血脂水平,缩小患者的下肢血管直径。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of resuvastatin in the treatment of diabetic patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis.Methods 80 patients with diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018,and 80 patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by single blind method.The patients in the control group were treated with routine method,while the patients in the observation group were treated with recuvastatin.The levels of FPG,PBG TG,TC and LDL-C,HDL-C,the diameter of dorsal foot artery,anterior tibial artery and posterior tibial artery were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of FPG and 2 h PBG,TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the HDL-C level was higher,the diameter of the dorsal foot artery and the anterior tibial artery and the posterior tibial artery were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Risuvastatin on diabetic patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis is obvious.It can significantly reduce the blood glucose and blood lipid levels and reduce the blood vessel diameter of the lower extremities of the patients.
