根因分析法在精神分裂症合并下肢深静脉血栓患者中的护理效果研究

Study on Nursing Effect of Root Cause Analysis in Patients with Schizophrenia Complicated with Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity

目的根因分析法在精神分裂症合并下肢深静脉血栓患者中的护理效果研究。方法选取该院2016年12月—2017年12月所收治的患有精神分裂合并下肢静脉血栓患者作为此次的研究对象,根据随机分组的原则分成常规护理组和根因分析法护理组,两组各50例。其中,给予常规护理组患者根据常规的护理流程展开临床护理,根因分析法护理组患者在常规护理基础上应用根因分析法护理措施,对两组患者的护理效果开展研究。结果经过临床评估结果可知,根因分析法组患者的护理效果显著于常规护理组患者,组间结果存在明显的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症合并下肢静脉血栓患者采用根因分析法措施,能够缓解患者的症状,提高其临床效果和护理满意度。

Objective To study the nursing effect of root cause analysis in patients with schizophrenia complicated with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods From December 2016 to December 2017,patients with schizophrenia complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity were selected as the study objects.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into two groups:routine nursing group and root cause analysis nursing group.There were 50 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the routine nursing group were given clinical nursing according to the routine nursing process,and the patients in the root cause analysis nursing group were given the nursing measures of root cause analysis on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was studied.Results The results of clinical evaluation showed that the nursing effect of the root cause analysis group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The root cause analysis can relieve the symptoms and improve the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of patients with schizophrenia complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity.
