彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓形成的诊断价值研究

Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs

目的探究彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的临床价值。方法以2017年1—12月为研究时间段,将该时间段在该院治疗的下肢深静脉血栓患者50例及未发生下肢病变者50例作为研究对象,依次作为观察组和对照组,接受彩色多普勒超声检查,对比两组检测结果。结果观察组的CFV、SFV、MGV内径值均大于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的CFV、SFV、POV的CDFI值均小于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓,操作简便,高效无创,能够为其临床治疗提供详细信息,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods From January to December 2017,50 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities treated in our hospital and 50 patients without lower extremity lesions were selected as the study subjects.They were selected as the observation group and the control group in turn.The results of color Doppler ultrasound were compared between the two groups.Results The CFV,SFV and MGV diameters in the observation group were larger than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The CFV,SFV and POV CDFI values in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities is simple,efficient and non-invasive.It can provide detailed information for its clinical treatment and has high clinical value.
