弹力绷带配合四黄散外敷治疗距腓韧带损伤的护理观察

Clinical Observation on 35 Cases of Hand and Foot Fracture Treated with Absorbable Screw and Self-strengthening Absorbable Rod

目的探讨弹力绷带配合四黄散外敷治疗距腓韧带损伤的护理方法与效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月于该院进行诊疗的86例距腓韧带损伤患者,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,两组均行四黄散外敷治疗,同时对照组以石膏托进行固定,研究组以弹力绷带行外翻位固定,比较两组患者治疗效果,并总结护理方法。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.68%,明显高于对照组的83.72%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后踝关节VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后有所下降,研究组治疗后踝关节VAS评分明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弹力绷带配合四黄散外敷治疗距腓韧带损伤的临床疗效较好,治疗期间辅以相应护理,还可加快患者的快速恢复,值得在临床当中推广。

Objective Nursing observation of elastic bandage combined with external application of sihuang powder in the treatment of talofibular ligament injury. Methods 86 patients with ligament ligament injury who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The two groups were treated with Sihuangsan external application and the control group was treated with plaster. The fixation was fixed, and the study group fixed the anterior valgus with elastic bandages, compared the treatment effects of the two groups of patients, and summarized the nursing methods. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 97.68%,significantly higher than that in the control group(83.72%).There was no significant difference in ankle VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),which decreased after treatment. Conclusion Elastic bandage combined with external application of sihuang powder in the treatment of talofibular ligament injury has a good clinical effect, and the corresponding nursing care during the treatment period can also accelerate the rapid recovery of patients,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
