综合康复训练对关锁精神分裂症废用性下肢功能障碍的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training on Disuse of Lower Limb Dysfunction in Schizophrenia

目的研究综合康复训练对关锁精神分裂症废用性下肢功能障碍的应用效果。方法从该院选出2015年4月—2017年5月收治的治疗关锁精神分裂症废用性下肢功能障碍患者60例,对所有入院患者均采用常规的治疗和综合康复训练,观察患者在训练前和训练3个月后下肢功能状况。结果患者在接受常规的治疗和护理后,有30例患者均能完成站立行走,下肢恢复效果较好。结论对关锁精神分裂症废用性下肢功能障碍患者采用综合康复训练,有利于提高患者的生活质量,促进患者康复速度。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on the disuse of lower limb dysfunction in schizophrenia. Methods From Apirl 201 to May 2017, sixty patients with schizophrenia disuse lower extremity dysfunction were selected from our hospital. All patients were treated with routine treatment and comprehensive rehabilitation training. The patients were observed before and after 3 months of training. situation. Results After receiving routine treatment and care, 30 patients were able to complete standing walking and better recovery of lower limbs. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training for patients with schizophrenia with disuse of lower extremity dysfunction is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients and promote the recovery rate of patients.
