湿润烧伤膏配合中药足浴在2型糖尿病足治疗中的应用研究

Application of MEBO Combined with Foot bath of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Foot Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析探讨2型糖尿病足治疗中湿润烧伤膏配合中药足浴的应用效果。方法该次采取随机分组法,将该院在2017年2月—2018年2月收治的80例2型糖尿病足患者分成2组;其中,对照组40例采取常规湿润烧伤膏治疗,观察组40例则采取湿润烧伤膏配合中药足浴,进一步比较两组治疗效果。结果 (1)在创面第10 d愈合情况方面,观察组溃疡面积长径平均为4.9 cm,短径平均为0.3 cm;对照组溃疡面积长径平均为8.6 cm,短径平均为0.7 cm;观察组创面愈合效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组创面愈合时间为(14.6±1.4)d,明显短于对照组的(23.9±1.3)d,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)积极治疗30 d后,在糖尿病足分级情况方面,观察组明显好于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对2型糖尿病足患者,采取湿润烧伤膏配合中药足浴治疗的疗效显著;因此,值得采纳及应用。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of MEBO combined with foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetic foot. Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetic foot treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into two groups by random grouping method. 40 patients in the control group were treated with routine MEBO, while 40 patients in the observation group were treated with MEBO combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath. Results 1.On the 10 th day of wound healing, the average length and diameter of ulcer in the observation group were 4.9 cm and 0.3 cm, while in the control group, the average length and diameter of ulcer were 8.6 cm and 0.7 cm, respectively. The healing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). 2.The healing time of the wound in the observation group was(14.6+1.4) days, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(23.9+1.3) days. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 3.30 days after active treatment, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in the classification of diabetic foot, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion In clinic, for patients with type 2 diabetic foot, the efficacy of MEBO combined with foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine is remarkable;therefore, it is worth adopting and applying.
