手术治疗踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤的效果观察

Surgical Treatment of Ankle Fracture with Injury of Inferior Tibiofibular Ligament

目的探究踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤采用手术治疗的效果。方法从2016年10月—2018年10月该院收治的踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤患者中随机选择80例,采用双盲法将患者分为两组,对照组采用非手术治疗,观察组采用下胫腓螺钉固定、内外踝固定和韧带修补术。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率和折愈合优良率均较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比较,观察组骨折愈合时间以及下胫腓联合韧带损伤修复时间均较短,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下胫腓螺钉固定、内外踝固定和韧带修补术联合治疗踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤,具有优越的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of ankle fracture combined with injury of inferior tibiofibular ligament. Methods From October 2016 to October 2018, 80 patients with ankle fracture combined with injury of inferior tibiofibular ligament were randomly selected and divided into two groups by double blind method, and the control group was treated with non-surgical treatment. The treatment group was treated with distal tibiofibular screw fixation, medial and lateral malleolus fixation and ligament repair. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate and the excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the fracture healing time in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The repair time of inferior tibiofibular ligament injury was shorter, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of distal tibiofibular screw fixation, medial and lateral malleolus fixation and ligamentum repair for the treatment of ankle fracture with injury of inferior tibiofibular joint ligament has superior clinical effect.
