足部专项护理对ICU患者的康复效果观察

Observation on Rehabilitation Effect of Special Foot Nursing on ICU patients

目的对入ICU治疗的患者采取足部专项护理,分析足部专项护理对患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年10月—2018年9月在该院ICU治疗的76例患者作为护理对象,采取随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组和观察组2组。对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组患者进行足部专项护理。从患者睡眠质量、ICU治疗时间和护理满意度3个方面,对护理效果进行评价。结果观察组患者睡眠评分低于对照组,ICU治疗时间少于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组。以上比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU患者进行足部专项护理,有效提高了患者的康复效果。

Objective To adopt special foot care for patients admitted to ICU for treatment, and analyze the influence of special foot care on the rehabilitation effect of patients. Methods 76 patients who were treated in ICU of our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were selected as nursing objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and patients in the observation group received special foot care. The nursing effect was evaluated from three aspects: patients’ sleep quality, ICU treatment time and nursing satisfaction. Results The sleep score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the ICU treatment time was less than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. All the above comparisons showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion ICU patients with special foot care, effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
