利伐沙班治疗妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果研究

Effect of Rivaroxaban on Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis after Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的评价利伐沙班治疗妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法选取该院妇产科2017年1月—2018年10月期间收治的96例手术患者,随机分为对照组(n=48)与观察组(n=48),对照组患者行常规治疗,观察组患者行利伐沙班治疗;比较两组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生情况。结果观察组术后下肢DVT发生率低于对照组,D-二聚体低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后APTT、PT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对妇产科术后患者采取利伐沙班治疗,可减少术后下肢深静脉血栓发生。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of rivaroxaban in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after obstetrics and gynecology. Methods Ninety-six patients who underwent surgery from January 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=48).The control group received routine treatment.Patients in the observation group were treated with rivaroxaban;the incidence of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) in the lower limbs was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of DVT in the lower limbs was lower than that in the control group,and the D-dimer was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in APTT and PT between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The use of rivaroxaban in patients after obstetrics and gynecology can reduce postoperative deep venous thrombosis.
