摘要
目的探讨妊娠期深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的有效护理措施。方法回顾分析该院2016年12月—2017年12月收治的42例妊娠期并发DVT患者的临床资料,均采用保守抗凝疗法。结果经抗凝疗法及护理,42例患者均未发生出血、肺动脉血栓等并发症,病情好转出院。结论针对在妊娠期并发DVT的特殊人群,采取有效的药物治疗及护理措施,对促进疾病康复,确保孕妇与胎儿的生命安全起到积极的作用。
Objective To explore the effective nursing of pregnant patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT). Methods The clinical data of 42 pregnant patients having DVT and receiving treatment in our Hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with conservative anticoagulation therapy.Results After anticoagulation therapy and nursing, the 42 patients did not have bleeding, pulmonary artery thrombosis and other complications, and they were all discharged from hospital after their condition was improved. Conclusion Effective drug treatment and nursing measures used for the pregnant women with DVT played a positive role in promoting the recovery of disease and ensuring the life safety of the pregnant women and their fetuses.
