手法治疗联合髋关节运动疗法治疗下腰痛的效果观察

目的该文主要分析手法治疗联合髋关节运动疗法对下腰痛患者的临床应用效果。方法以2017年10月—2018年10月临床上收治的120例下腰痛患者作为研究对象,根据随机分组法进行分组,其中60例对照组患者应用传统手法治疗,60例观察组患者在传统手法治疗基础上联用髋关节运动疗法,对两组患者的改良Oswestry功能障碍指数以及NPRS疼痛数字评分进行对比分析。结果在经过为期两周的治疗后,观察组患者在改良Oswestry功能障碍指数以及NPRS疼痛数字评分等临床指标上均要显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对下腰痛患者进行治疗过程中,通过手法治疗联合髋关节运动疗法的模式,可以显著改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,值得在临床上推广跟应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of manual therapy combined with hip motor therapy in patients with low back pain. Methods From October 2017 to October 2018,one hundred and twenty patients with low back pain were divided into two groups according to the method of random grouping, among which 60 patients in the control group were treated with traditional manipulation. 60 patients in the observation group were treated with hip motor therapy on the basis of traditional manual therapy. The modified Oswestry dysfunction index and the NPRS pain score were compared and analyzed in both groups. Results After two weeks of treatment, the patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in the modified Oswestry dysfunction index and the NPRS pain score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion In the treatment of low back pain patients, the combination of manual therapy and hip exercise therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life, which is worth to be popularized and applied in clinic.
