锁定钢板内固定治疗(有限切开)胫骨Pilon骨折疗效分析

The Analysis of the Effect of Internal Fixation in the Locking of the Internal Fixation in the Treatment of the Fracture of the Tibia

目的探究有限切开锁钉钢板内固定治疗在胫骨Pilon骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法从该院2017年11月—2018年11月收治的胫骨Pilon骨折患者中随机选择68例作为研究对象,采用双盲法均分为两组,每组34例患者,对照组采用解剖型钢板内固定治疗,观察组采用有限切开锁钉钢板内固定治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果与对照组相比较,观察组的术中出血量少,手术时间短,骨折愈合快速,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为23.53%,观察组为5.88%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胫骨Pilon骨折采用有限切开锁钉钢板内固定治疗,具有优越的临床效果,能够帮助患者快速康复,且并发症发生率低,对于患者而言具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of limited incision locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibia Pilon fracture. Methods A total of 68 patients with tibia Pilon fractures who were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 34 patients in each group, and the control group was dissected. Results Compared with the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was small, the operation time was short, the fracture healing was rapid, and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The sacral Pilon fracture is treated with limited incision locking nail plate internal fixation.
