探讨高频超声用于诊断足部软组织肿块中的临床价值

To Explore the Clinical Value of High Frequency Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Soft Tissue Mass of Foot

目的探讨高频超声用于诊断足部软组织肿块中的临床价值。方法随机抽取48例于2016年11月—2018年11月到该院进行诊治的足部软组织肿块患者,所有患者均接受高频超声检查,并分析高频超声用于诊断足部软组织肿块的临床价值。结果高频超声检出准确率为95.83%,其中包括1例误诊、1例漏诊、13例腱鞘巨细胞瘤、12例血管瘤、19例腱鞘囊肿以及2例血管球瘤。结论将高频超声应用到诊断足部软组织肿块患者的过程中,能够体现出较高的检出率,且能够有效鉴别肿块的实际性质与血流的分级,建议推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of soft tissue masses in foot. Methods 48 patients with foot soft tissue masses were randomly selected from November 2016 to November 2018.All patients underwent high-frequency ultrasound examination. The clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of foot soft tissue masses was analyzed. Results The accuracy of high frequency ultrasound was 95.83%, including 1 misdiagnosis, 1 missed diagnosis, 13 giant cell tumors of tendon sheath, 12 hemangiomas, 19 tendon sheath cysts and 2 glomus tumors. Conclusion The application of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of foot soft tissue masses can show a high detection rate, and can effectively distinguish the actual nature of the masses and blood flow grading. It is recommended that it be popularized and applied.
