重症监护室病房患者下肢深静脉血栓的护理预防对策

Nursing and Preventive Measures for Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity in ICU Patients

目的探究系统化护理干预在重症监护室病房患者预防下肢深静脉血栓中的效果。方法该研究选取2017年1月—2018年10月于该院收治的108例患者作为研究对象,按照护理模式不同将其分为系统组与普通组。普通组患者护理策略不变,系统组患者接受系统化的护理干预服务,对比两组患者接受护理后的预防效果和护理工作评分。结果采取系统化预防护理策略的系统组患者预防成功率(96.30%)显著高于普通组(79.63%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);系统组患者接受护理服务之后对于护理人员的工作评分显著高于普通组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU患者在住院接受治疗期间使用系统化的护理干预策略,可显著降低并发下肢深静脉血栓风险指数,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in icu patients. Methods In this study,108 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October2018 were selected as research objects, and divided into the system group and the general group according to different nursing modes.The nursing strategies of patients in the general group remained unchanged,while patients in the system group received systematic nursing intervention services.The preventive effects and nursing work scores of patients in the two groups after receiving nursing care were compared. Results The prevention success rate(96.30%) of patients in the system group who adopted the systematic prevention and nursing strategy was significantly higher than that of the general group(79.63%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After receiving nursing services,the work score of patients in the system group was significantly higher than that of the ordinary group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of systematic nursing intervention strategies in ICU patients during hospitalization and treatment can significantly reduce the risk index of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs,which is worthy of promotion.
