综合护理干预在精神分裂症合并下肢静脉血栓患者中的护理效果研究

Study on Nursing Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Schizophrenia Complicated with Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity

目的综合护理干预在精神分裂症合并下肢静脉血栓患者中的护理效果研究。方法选取该院2016年12月—2017年12月所收治的患有精神分裂合并下肢静脉血栓患者作为此次的研究对象,根据随机分组的原则分成干预组和对照组,两组各40例。其中,给予对照组患者根据常规的护理流程展开临床护理,干预组患者在常规护理基础上应用综合护理干预措施,对两组患者的护理效果开展研究。结果经过临床评估结果可知,干预组患者的护理效果显著于对照组患者,组间结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症合并下肢静脉血栓患者采用综合护理干预措施,能够缓解患者的症状,提高其临床效果和护理满意度。

Objective To study the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with schizophrenia complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods Patients with schizophrenia complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity were selected from December 2016 to December 2017. According to the principle of randomized grouping, they were divided into intervention group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given clinical nursing according to the routine nursing process, and the patients in the intervention group were given comprehensive nursing intervention measures on the basis of routine nursing to study the nursing effect of the two groups. Results According to the results of clinical evaluation, intervention The nursing effect of the group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can relieve the symptoms and improve the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of patients with schizophrenia complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity.
