部分创伤患者发生下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Lower Extremities

目的部分创伤患者发生下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素。方法该次80例研究对象均为该院2018年1—10月接收的创伤后接受手术治疗的患者,将其中发生深静脉血栓的40例患者设为观察组,未发生深静脉血栓的40例患者设为对照组,对其进行观察比较,判断患者形成深静脉血栓的原因。结果经过单因素分析和多因素Logistics回归分析发现,导致患者发生深静脉血栓的因素主要有年龄,糖尿病史,既往血栓史等。结论对接受手术治疗的创伤患者,术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成原因主要是年龄较高,有糖尿病,既往有血栓史,在治疗时,应加强监测,坚持进行踝泵练习积极治疗基础疾病。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremities.Methods From January to October 2018,80 cases of patients received surgical treatment after trauma in our hospital were studied.40 patients with deep venous thrombosis were treated as observation group,40 patients without deep venous thrombosis were treated as control group.The causes of deep venous thrombosis were observed and compared.Results Through univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis,it was found that age,history of diabetes mellitus and past history of thrombosis were the main factors leading to deep venous thrombosis.Conclusion For traumatic patients undergoing surgical treatment,the main causes of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities after operation are age,diabetes mellitus and thrombosis history.Monitoring should be strengthened and ankle pump exercises should be carried out to actively treat basic diseases.
