泌尿外科老年患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防及护理干预研究

Prevention and Nursing Intervention of Postoperative Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis in Elderly Patients with Urology

目的探究加强护理干预对预防泌尿外科老年患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床价值。方法选取116例在2017年1月—2018年9月该院泌尿外科收治的老年患者,根据随机分组原则分为观察组(加强护理干预)和对照组(常规护理)各58例。结果与对照组下肢深静脉血栓发生率(22.41%)相比,观察组患者血栓发生率(8.62%)较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组护理满意度(81.03%)相比,观察组患者护理满意度(94.83%)较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科老年患者实施护理干预,能够有效降低术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率,提高护理满意度,可以进行积极普及推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of strengthening nursing intervention in preventing postoperative deep venous thrombosis of elderly patients with urology.Methods A total of 116 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from January to September 1818,2017 were enrolled in the observation group(enhanced nursing intervention)and the control group(conventional care)according to the randomized grouping method.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of deep venous thrombosis(22.41%)was lower in the observation group(8.62%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control satisfaction(81.03%)in the control group,observation The patient satisfaction rate(94.83%)was higher in the group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in elderly patients with urology can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities and improve the satisfaction of nursing,which can be actively popularized.
