老年患者下肢深静脉血栓的超声诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound in Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis in Elderly Patients

目的关于下肢深静脉血栓高龄患者应用超声技术检查下肢静脉血管诊断疾病的临床效果探究。方法选取来2018年5月—2019年1月该院诊断及治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者(患者组)及体检者(健康组)各66例作为研究对象,指导两组受检者接受下肢血管超声+手术介入(仅患者组)检查,记录及对比两组受检者超声检查数据。结果患者组下肢静脉血管检测指标值,较之于健康组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者组均检出疾病,与介入术结果保持一致。结论临床检查诊断高龄患者下肢深静脉血栓期间,采用超声诊断技术检查确诊疾病的准确性高,可为医生及时编制患者疾病干预方案提供准确的依据。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of venous diseases of lower limbs in elderly patients with deep venous thrombosis.Methods From May 2018 to January 2019,66 cases of patients with deep venous thrombosis(patient group)and 66 cases of physical examination(healthy group)in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The subjects in the two groups were instructed to receive ultrasound examination of lower limb vessels+surgical intervention(patient group only),and the ultrasound examination data of the subjects in the two groups were recorded and compared.Results Compared with the healthy group,the lower extremity venous blood vessel test index value of the patient group was significantly different(P<0.05).All patients were diagnosed with the disease,which was consistent with the interventional results.Conclusion During the clinical examination and diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in elderly patients,the accuracy of ultrasonography in diagnosis is high,which can provide accurate basis for doctors to make disease intervention plan in time.
