磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合金因肽治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation of Sulfadiazine Silver Cream Combined with Metallopeptide in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcer

目的分析评价磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合金因肽治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法该次采取随机盲选法,将该院在2017年2月—2018年2月收治的90例糖尿病足溃疡患者分成两组,每组平均为45例;其中,对照组患者采取常规方法治疗,观察组则采取磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合金因肽治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,对照组为75.56%;观察组治疗总有效率与对照组比较显著更高,2组数据之间存在差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临床糖尿病足溃疡治疗中,采取磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合金因肽治疗具备显著疗效;所以,具备推广及应用的临床意义。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of sulfadiazine silver cream combined with metallopeptide in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods Ninety patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly and blindly divided into two groups,with an average of 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine methods,while the patients in the observation group were treated with silver sulfadiazine cream combined with chlorhexidine,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%and that of the control group was75.56%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer,the combination of silver sulfadiazine cream and metalloprotein has a significant effect,so it has the clinical significance of promotion and application.
