血栓通联合丁咯地尔治疗48例糖尿病足的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Xueshuantong Combined with Buflomedil in the Treatment of 48 Cases of Diabetic Foot

目的对糖尿病足患者使用血栓通联合丁咯地尔治疗的疗效进行分析评价。方法该次采取随机分组法,将该院在2017年3月—2018年3月接受治疗的糖尿病足患者70例分成2组,每组平均36例;其中,对照组患者采取常规方法医治,观察组患者则在常规治疗的基础上,联合血栓通、丁咯地尔医治,进一步比较2组临床疗效。结果(1)观察组治疗总有效率的97.14%,与对照组的68.57%对比显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)在血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、维生素B12(VB12)基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)三项指标水平方面,治疗后观察组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病足患者,给予血栓通联合丁咯地尔医治具备显著的疗效,可改善患者的临床指标,提高临床疗效;所以,具备推广及使用的价值。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xueshuantong combined with buflomedil in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods Seventy patients with diabetic foot who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into two groups,with an average of 36 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine methods,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Xueshuantong and Buflomedil on the basis of routine treatment.Results 1.The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly high er than 68.57%of the control group(P<0.05).2.The levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and vitamin B12(VB12)matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic foot,the treatment of Xueshuantong combined with buflomedil has remarkable curative effect,can improve the clinical indicators and improve the clinical efficacy;therefore,it has the value of promotion and use.
