优质护理在糖尿病足中的效果观察

Observationon the Effectof High-quality Nursingin Diabetic Foot

目的探讨优质护理在糖尿病足中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法在该院2017年1月—2018年6月收治的糖尿病足患者中纳入100例为对象,用单盲法将100例患者分为对照组和观察组各50例。行常规护理干预对照组患者,观察组患者再接受优质护理干预,比较两组患者的护理总有效率和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的护理总有效率96.00%比对照组74.00%高,护理满意度(92.47±1.04)分比对照组(75.62±1.32)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者接受优质护理干预的临床效果显著,不仅护理效果良好,患者的护理满意度亦高。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in diabetic foot.Methods 100 patients with diabetic foot were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 by random number table method.100 patients were divided into control group and observation group by single blind method,50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group received quality nursing intervention.The total nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.00%higher than 74.00%in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction(92.47±1.04)points was higher than that in the control group(75.62±1.32)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of high quality nursing intervention for diabetic foot patients is remarkable,not only the nursing effect is good,but also the patient’s nursing satisfaction is high.
