人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用价值探讨

Discussion on the Application Value of Humanized Nursing in the Operating Room of Elderly Patients with Lower Limb Fracture

目的探究人性化护理措施应用于老年下肢骨折手术室护理的医学价值。方法随机择取2017年6月—2018年6月于该院收治的46例下肢骨折老年患者作为研究对象,根据手术室护理方式不同将其分为研究组与参照组。研究组患者手术室护理工作中引入人性化护理理念,参照组患者接受普通的手术室护理措施,对比两组老年患者护理效果。结果研究组患者接受优质的人性化手术室护理后负面情绪状态分值显著低于参照组患者,两组间分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组老年患者住院治疗期间的各项生命质量评分显著高于参照组患者,两组间分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将人性化护理理念引入老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理措施中,可有效改善患者情绪状态,值得大规模推行应用。

Objective To explore the medical value of humanized nursing measures applied to the operating room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures.Methods 46 elderly patients with lower limb fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects,and divided into research group and reference group according to different ways of operating room nursing.The humanized nursing concept was introduced into the operating room nursing of the patients in the research group,and the nursing effect of the elderly patients in the two groups was compared with the ordinary operating room nursing measures received by the patients in the reference group.Results The score of negative emotional state of patients in the study group receiving high-quality humanized operating room nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of elderly patients in the study group during hospitalization were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing the humanistic nursing concept into the operating room nursing measures for elderly patients with lower limb fractures can effectively improve the emotional state of patients,which is worthy of large-scale implementation and application.
