0级糖尿病足的中药足浴疗法护理效果观察

Observation on Nursing Effect of Foot Bath Therapy of Grade 0 Diabetic Foot

目的探讨0级糖尿病足的中药足浴疗法护理效果。方法采用数字随机法将该院2018年4—11月间接治的92例0级糖尿病足患者进行分组,分别为实验组和对照组,每组中各包含46例患者。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,实验组患者实施中药足浴疗法来进行护理。观察两组患者的治疗效果,分析两种护理方案的有效性。结果该次研究成果显示,对照组患者的治疗有效率为78.26%,实验组为95.65%,两组相对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对0级糖尿病足患者,在常规护理的同时实施中药足浴疗法效果显著,且优于常规护理,可以有效改善患者的预后,提高其生活质量,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of foot bath therapy of grade 0 diabetic foot.Methods 92 patients with grade 0 diabetic foot treated indirectly from April 2018 to November 2018 in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group with 46 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment and nursing,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath therapy.The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was observed and the effectiveness of two nursing schemes was analyzed.Results The results showed that the effective rate was 78.26%in the control group,95.65%in the experimental group,and 78.26%in the control group,and 95.65%in the experimental group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to improve the prognosis and the quality of life of the patients with grade 0 diabetic foot,the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath therapy can improve the prognosis and the quality of life of the patients,and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice due to the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath therapy at the same time.
